Hannah Lewin FitnessI am a London-based personal trainer working exclusively with women to help improve their fitness, strength and confidence.
The gym environment can often be intimidating for women, particularly if they are starting something new or for the first time.
My personal training ethos is to put women at ease, build confidence and deliver tailored personal training sessions that increase fitness and strength but that are also enjoyable and non-intimidating. We focus on lifting weights, never scale weight.
I focus on non-aesthetic focused fitness, and I am also highly experienced in working with clients who have current or historical eating disorders, disordered eating or body image.
